At Scanimart, we are committed to transparency and fairness in pricing. This Pricing Policy outlines the structure, terms, and conditions related to the pricing of our services for customers, retailers, and staff users.
1. General Pricing Terms
- All prices displayed within the Scanimart platform are in Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are subject to change at Scanimart’s discretion, with prior notice provided where applicable.
- We reserve the right to introduce promotional offers, discounts, and limited-time deals based on business requirements.
2. Pricing for Customers
- Product Prices: Prices for products available in partner retail stores are determined by the respective retailers. Scanimart does not control or influence product pricing.
- Service Fees: Certain features, such as premium delivery options or express checkout, may incur additional charges.
- Discounts & Offers: Customers may receive exclusive discounts based on loyalty, special events (e.g., birthdays), or promotional campaigns.
- Refunds & Adjustments: If a customer is charged incorrectly due to a system error, adjustments or refunds may be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
3. Pricing for Retailers
- Subscription Plans: Retailers can choose from different subscription tiers based on features, analytics, and operational support required.
- Commission Structure: Scanimart may charge a transaction-based commission or a fixed monthly fee, as per the chosen subscription plan.
- Advertising & Promotions: Retailers may opt for paid promotions or featured listings to enhance visibility within the app, subject to additional fees.
- Late Payments: Failure to pay subscription fees on time may result in temporary account suspension or restricted access to premium features.
4. Pricing for Staff Users
- Work-Related Expenses: Any deductions or additional earnings (such as incentives or bonuses) for staff users are determined based on agreements with retailers.
- Payment Schedule: Payments and wages for staff users follow the policies set by the employer and are processed through third-party payroll systems where applicable.
5. Taxes & Additional Charges
- Applicable taxes (GST, VAT, etc.) are added as per the regulations of the user’s jurisdiction.
- Any service fees, processing fees, or surcharges (if applicable) will be clearly communicated before finalizing a transaction.
6. Changes to Pricing
- Scanimart reserves the right to modify subscription plans, service fees, or commission structures with prior notice to affected users.
- Customers and retailers will be notified of any price adjustments through email, push notifications, or in-app updates.
7. Dispute Resolution
- If a user believes they have been incorrectly charged, they can contact Scanimart support at support@scanimart.com.
- Disputes regarding product pricing must be addressed with the respective retailer.
